When we heard that you were sick
At first we were elated but that disappeared quick
We thought our work load would be easier without you there
The work still comes but you are not there to help and care
So this card is sent to let you know how much we really miss you 
So please (Miss Smith) get back here as soon as you possibly can do

You are simply the best teacher I have ever had

I know that I do not always do what I aught to do
